Melissa Bootsma founded Naturally Vain with a deep commitment to providing her community with clean, trustworthy products. Driven by the vision of an all-natural bath and body store she could rely on, she set out to create something special. While Naturally Vain continues to grow and evolve, it remains grounded in the same core values of trust, family, and supporting small businesses that inspired its beginning.

A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER

Melissa Bootsma’s dream of owning an all-natural bath and body company began in 1994. The journey started in a modest three-bedroom home, where she raised her two children and began crafting handmade products to sell on eBay as a hobby.

Over time, Melissa’s son Richard developed his own entrepreneurial spirit, and their shared vision for a successful business led to a natural partnership. His ambition to build a thriving company combined with her passion for creating natural, handmade products, ultimately transformed Naturally Vain into the vibrant brand it is today.
